Variety Positioning

• A high input, high output variety with very high yields (101% treated, 79% untreated) and bold grain (78.6 kg/hl).

• Suitable for all regions and soil types with particularly good performance on lighter soils.

• Drill from the end of the last week of September right through to the end of January. It is an average second wheat.

• Straw is tall (95 cm) and relatively weak, treated (7) (5) and untreated (6) (3) so a decent pgr programme is required.

• Medium maturity (+1) (+2).

• Yellow rust resistance is effectively broken (4) (2.8) but it retains reasonable mildew (6), and Septoria tritici (6.4) (7.1) resistance.

• Resistant to orange wheat blossom midge.
