NRoSO Training Courses

With BASIS Reg Ltd taking on the operation of NRoSO in April 2023 it has been full steam ahead in getting everything in order and operating within the BASIS ethos and IT systems.

The Annual Training Event (ATE) has come together in just a few months and has seen a complete revision of what has gone before.

The objective is to introduce a yearly professional update backed up by a new NRoSO Handbook packed full of information for the professional sprayer operator. A 3-hour course with 10 points, no test, everything you need for the year ahead.

This winter, the NRoSO Annual Training Event will be themed on:

• Industry statistics
• Info from BASIS and introduction to the NRoSO Handbook
• NSTS (National Sprayer Testing Scheme)
• Results and new sprayers sold in the UK for 2022
• Official Control Regulations (OCR) in Plant Protection Products
• PA certificate review
• Spray application recording and chemical store stock records
• Personal safety, health, and wellbeing
• Clean water – SEPA
• Review of innovative technology

Physical Attendance
£60.00 + VAT for the training course.
(including £15 payable to BASIS for the NROSO Handbook)

£50 +VAT (inc £15 NRoSO Handbook)
