I believe the most important aspect of an agronomist is being able to interact and build important relationships with the growers. To not only cement your position as their advisor, but also to work as a team to get the best out of their business.
What is the biggest challenge you face in your role and why?
My biggest challenge was/has been to give presentations to a room full of growers. I have always found this very hard throughout my life, but with the right advice and support from my team, I am slowly beginning to feel confident whilst speaking & delivering it well.
