Nutrient Management Planner

Agrii are looking to employ a Nutrient Management Planner for a hybrid, temporary position, covering the South West.

Are you passionate about supporting sustainable agriculture? We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Nutrient Management Planner to join our South Team, working closely with Agronomists to deliver tailored nutrient management plans for our valued farming customers in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and compliant Nutrient Management Plans (NMPs) promptly.
  • Conduct soil sampling and gather on-farm data to inform recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and customers, responding to emails and completing administrative tasks as required.
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as directed by your Line Manager.
  • Ensure your work practices align with health, safety, and wellbeing standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • FACTS certification is essential for this role.
  • Knowledge and experience of soil sampling and farm data collection is ideal, but not essential for this role.
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and exceptional attention to detail for accurate planning and documentation.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • An excellent communicator who can build rapport with customers and colleagues.
