Livestock and Logistics Support Specialist

We are looking for a Livestock & Logistics Support specialist to assist with promoting our animal health offering and store related products, along with assisting the team on agronomy pricing reports, crediting, invoicing, depot logistics, general customer service and retail store operations. This role will support our product manager for Livestock and Agronomy teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support livestock product enquiries, account queries, and campaigns to encourage customer & retail sales.
  • Provide administrative support, including order entry, crediting/re-invoicing, and producing delivery documentation.
  • Assist with depot operations, including stock control, vehicle loading/unloading, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handling in-store and telephone queries.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with BASIS requirements.
  • Occasionally drive company vehicles for deliveries, ensuring vehicle checks and accurate timesheet recording.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • A clean driving licence is essential for this role.
  • Strong administrative, logistics, and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
  • Knowledge of agriculture, livestock, or AMTRA certification (preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and D365 systems.
  • Forklift qualification and manual handling training (desirable).

Please note: This is a full-time, permanent role with Saturday work expected on 1 out of every 4 Saturday mornings.
