Lime and Fertiliser Administrator
Agrii is looking to employ a Lime and Fertiliser Administrator on a permanent, full-time, Hybrid basis, with occasional travel expected to our Moreton site.
Purpose of the Role:
To process lime and fertiliser orders and to support the lime and fertiliser team with a variety of administrative tasks and reports so that they are able to meet our customers’ needs.
To deal with any queries from the Agrii team and directly from our customers. To liaise with our suppliers to ensure the efficient delivery of goods. Ensure an efficient and effective customer service through good practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a point of entry for all Lime orders. Process orders for delivery across the country.
- To provide back up support to other areas of the business, as required, for example, the fertiliser desk.
- Order supplies for agents and sales specialists as required.
- To be flexible and take on any other duties as requested by your manager.
- Must be prepared to be flexible with working extra hours when busy, especially during the season. – Liming is exceptionally busy July to October and March to April.
- To protect at all times the confidentiality of all information generated by or provided to the company.
- To positively represent the Company and not bring it into disrepute.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Excellent communication skills - Confident, engaging and personable with the ability to form strong relationships.
- High standard of verbal and numerical reasoning skills, with good attention to detail.
- Able to demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and ambition to take on new challenges.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Be systematic and efficient, able to plan work loads effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
This role is home-based with hybrid travel to our Moreton, Ongar site.
